Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All clothing items are shipped from the international warehouse according to our shipping policy and therefore we only offer refunds and store credits and not exchanges.
How does it work?
Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start.
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receiving your parcel.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused.
Returns for swimwear will be accepted if the protective gusset and labeling have not been removed.
All items MUST be returned in its original packaging. We will deduct a 10% handling fee from your refund if items are not in its original packaging.
Gift cards, sale, and clearance items are not eligible for a refund.
The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited to you once we have received the return item/s back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
If you chose Payflex as payment option, your refund will be processed through Payflex and the funds will be paid back into the card you made the payment from.
If you choose a credit, you will receive an email with a DISCOUNT CODE which you can then use with your next purchase.
If you ordered the incorrect size and you would like a different size, you will have to place a new order on our online store and use your DISCOUNT CODE emailed to you.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
Parcels can be sent back to us via courier to 34 Leyds Street Meyerton 1961 OR you can send the parcel via Postnet to Postnet to Postnet Meyerton (Attention: Hanri Steyl 060 508 1257). Aramex also have a dropbox service at most Pick n Pay stores.
Very important: If Lady Secreto is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size as ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by Lady Secreto.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we received the parcel and confirmed that it meets the conditions, your request will be processed.
If you chose a store credit, a discount code will be emailed to you. Refunds will be done via original method of payment, within 5 working days. Please take note that payflex refunds can take up to 5 working days and with some banks the refund can appear back on your bank statement on the orginal purchase date of your order.
