I must say that I am truly shocked and disgusted about all the scams doing the rounds lately especially with e-commerce stores and on social media.

We really just want to give you some peace of mind shopping with Lady Secreto!

Why shop with us?

1. We have been in the e-commerce industry for over 10 years. We started selling watches on Bid or Buy in 2007. Our first online store, The Funky Feather, was established in 2014 which we sold last year. Lady Secreto was established in 2017 and we launched our latest online store, My Fancy Inc. about 2 months ago.

2. Throughout the years we made lots of mistakes but always tried our best to learn out of each and every mistake and we are proud to say that we have showed tremendous growth over the years. Nobody is perfect and being human mistakes and errors does happen! The important thing however is to face these challenges and make sure that you bounce back and put measures in place to make sure that it doesn't happen again.

3. Customer satisfaction has ALWAYS and will ALWAYS be our NUMBER 1 priority!

a) Our delivery time is 7-14 working days as we make use of an international supplier. On rare occasions we do have delays BUT we will always notify our clients beforehand and keep them up to date with the progress of their order. If our clients do not have their parcel within 20 working days, they are more than willing to request a full refund if they do not want to wait any longer - no questions asked!

b) If you are not 100% happy with your purchase or an item doesn't fit, you are more than welcome to send the parcel back to us and we will give you a refund OR a store credit - the choice is yours.

c) We really try our best to answer all questions and queries via email, facebook messenger or phone as soon as possible and we apologize if we sometimes take a little bit longer than usual due to high workload.

4. We offer secure payment options on our website and all your details are private and secure.

5. Unfortunately we are all human and it is impossible to keep everyone satisfied at all times BUT if you are not satisfied with our customer service or our products we will communicate with you and still try to make it a shopping experience that will still be of benefit to you as client.
