RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.  All our items are shipped from our international warehouse according to our shipping policy and therefore we only offer refunds and credits and not exchanges.  All refunds will remain at the discretion of Lady Secreto. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will refund you or give you a store credit - the choice is yours.  Click on "Log a Return" on our website and follow the instructions if you wish to return something.  Please take note that shipping/delivery cost can unfortunately not be refunded or credited as this is costs that can not be reimbursed to us by the Courier company.  

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receiving your parcel
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused. Returns for swimwear will be accepted if the protective gusset and labeling have not been removed. 
  • All items must be returned in its original packaging. Please take note that we will deduct a 10% handling fee from your refund if items are not in its original packaging.
  • Gift cards, sale, and clearance items are not eligible for a refund
  • The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited to you once we have received the returned item/s back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.  
  • If you chose Payflex as payment option, your refund will be processed with Payflex (3rd party payment gateway) and the funds will be paid back into the card you made the payment from.
  • A 10% handling fee will be deducted on all refunds over R1000
  • If you choose a credit you will receive an email with a DISCOUNT CODE which you can then use with your next purchase
  • If you ordered the incorrect size and you would like a different size, you will have to place a new order on our online store and use your DISCOUNT CODE emailed to you.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us
  • You can click "Log a Return" and follow the instructions 
  • Parcels can be sent back to us via courier to 34 Leyds Street Meyerton 1961 OR you can send the parcel via Postnet to Postnet to Postnet Meyerton

  • If Lady Secreto is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by Lady Secreto as per our return policy.
