All shoes and items in our sale collection are available "in store" and can be sent out immediately. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. ALL other clothing and swimwear items are IMPORTED and usually takes up to 14 working days (weekends and public holidays excluded) for delivery. If any of the in store items are ordered with clothing items, the entire order will be sent out as soon as the clothing items are received at our offices. Due to silly season, the lead up to Christmas next month, and the current covid-19 situation, we are experiencing delays due to congestion on all airfreight routes as well as local couriers experiencing a massive increase in road freight during November and December. Custom clearance are also taking longer than usual. If the items you want to order are time sensitive, please keep the above in consideration to avoid disappointment. We unfortunately can't guarantee that your parcel will be delivered within 14 working days. We are already using the fastest possible airfreight from our supplier to us and our staff are taking extra measures to speed up the ordering process to our warehouse and once the items are received, we send out the parcels promptly with the local courier.
Return policy for Lady Secreto customers. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Lady Secreto offers size charts with every item to ensure our customers order the correct size. All our items are shipped from our international warehouse according to our shipping policy and therefore we only offer refunds and credits and not exchanges. All refunds will remain at the discretion of Lady Secreto.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will refund or credit you - the choice is yours. Please take note that shipping/delivery cost can unfortunately not be refunded or credited as this is costs that can not be reimbursed to us by the Courier company.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receiving of goods
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused. Returns for swimwear will be accepted if the protective gusset and labeling have not been removed.
Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund
The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
If you choose a credit you will receive an email with a DISCOUNT CODE
If you ordered the incorrect size and you would like a different size, you will have to place a new order on our online store and use your DISCOUNT CODE emailed to you.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
