1. There maybe 1-2 cm deviation in different sizes, locations and stretch of fabrics. Size chart is for reference only; there may be a little difference with what you get.
2. There are four kinds of elasticity: High Elasticity, Medium Elasticity, Low Elasticity and None Elasticity.
3. Color may be lighter or darker due to the different PC display.
4. Wash it by hand in 30-degree water, hang to dry in shade, prohibit bleaching.
5. There maybe a slightly difference on detail and pattern of this dress.

In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock. We will send you an email and you can choose another item of the same value or ask for a refund.
Processing time may vary from 2-3 days on average depending on the dispatch load.
Please take note: Delivery will take anywhere from 6-14 working days. Please take note on rare occasions there may be a slight delay due to custom clearance. Delivery time does not include processing time.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your parcel gets lost or doesn't get delivered, a refund will be applicable. Unfortunately shipping cost CAN NOT be refunded.
Lady Secreto takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return - customer can opt for a refund less delivery fee, or to pay an additional delivery fee for a re-delivery.
Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.
Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
In the case of returned delivery, the customer is responsible for any and all additional fees incurred for delivery.
Return policy for Lady Secreto customers. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Lady Secreto offers size charts with every item to ensure our customers order the correct size. All our items are shipped from our international warehouse according to our shipping policy and therefore we only offer refunds and credits and not exchanges. All refunds will remain at the discretion of Lady Secreto.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will refund or credit you - the choice is yours. Please take note that shipping/delivery cost can unfortunately not be refunded or credited as this is costs that can not be reimbursed to us by the Courier company.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receiving of goods
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused. Returns for swimwear will be accepted if the protective gusset and labeling have not been removed.
Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund
The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
If you choose a credit you will receive an email with a DISCOUNT CODE
If you ordered the incorrect size and you would like a different size, you will have to place a new order on our online store and use your DISCOUNT CODE emailed to you.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

If Lady Secreto is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by Lady Secreto as per our return policy.
